職責(zé)描述Resbonsibilities:
1.完成及超過設(shè)定的銷售目標(biāo);開發(fā)新客戶與新應(yīng)用。
Achieve & Exceed sales target in assigned segment and territory, develop new customers and new application.
2.管理好大客戶達(dá)到銷售目標(biāo)
Manage Key accounts to achieve sales target.
3.管理好渠道商達(dá)到業(yè)務(wù)目標(biāo)
Manage all sales channel to achieve business target
4.及時(shí)與準(zhǔn)確更新銷售預(yù)測
Update the demand forecast timely and accurately.
5.理解與收集市場趨勢及競爭動(dòng)態(tài)
Understand and collect the market trend and competition dynamics
6.處理客戶投訴和解決問題
Deal with customer complain and solve issues and problems.
7.嚴(yán)格遵從公司財(cái)務(wù)和信用政策確保應(yīng)收賬款表現(xiàn)
Strictly follow company finance and credit policy to ensure AR performance
任職資格Qualification:
1.本科及以上學(xué)歷,高分子或者化工相關(guān)專業(yè)
Bachelor’s Degree or above in polymer or chemical related major
2.至少兩年在化工行業(yè)的銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)
At least 2 years sales experience in chemical industry
3.好的銷售經(jīng)驗(yàn)、強(qiáng)的執(zhí)行能力和溝通能力
Good sales experience, strong execution and communication skills
4.很高的自我激勵(lì)和結(jié)果導(dǎo)向
Highly self-motivated and results oriented
5.好的英語溝通能力和技術(shù)技能
Good English communication skill and computer skill.
6.好的學(xué)習(xí)能力;強(qiáng)的技術(shù)能力
Good learning capability; Strong technical knowledge and skills
